Common Q&As

  • How to clean the machine?

To clean the stainless part, please use white vinegar or citric acid. Or please put the dishwashing liquid into the water, then turn on the ISV-100W; it can be cleaned with water circulation. You do not need to remove the plastic pump cap.

To clean the water leaves, please follow the icon on the ISV-100W and carefully remove the plastic pump cap. Wipe the water leaves gently with white vinegar/ citric acid/ dishwashing liquid.


  • How does the TIMER work?

The timer will start to work when the temperature reaches the target temperature of ±0.3°C, in adverse, it will stop.

e.g., If the aimed temperature is 80°C, then the timer will start to work when the temperature is between 79.7-80.3°C, if the temperature is higher than 80.3°C or lower than 79.7°C, the timer won't work.
